Research
Here I have highlighted the key features of my most recent works.
1. I have shown that there are certain universal properties associated with the Buchdahl sphere, the limiting stellar configuration, in the sense that these properties will not change even if electric charge or rotation is included in the stellar structure. Moreover, these universal properties transcend general relativity and holds good in pure Lovelock theories of gravity as well. To see these exciting properties, click here.
2. Through both analytical and numerical routes, I have computed the ratio of the imaginary part of the quasi-normal mode frequencies with the surface gravity at the Cauchy horizon for charged BTZ black holes. Our results demonstrate that this parameter is always less than the critical value of half, thereby respecting the strong cosmic censorship conjecture. To explore further, click here.
